Visual Field Test

The Visual Field Test is a painless test used to detect subtle damage to your peripheral or central vision.  It takes approximately 20 minutes.  The patient looks at a screen and responds by clicking a button when flashes of light are seen.  It is most commonly used for early detection of glaucoma, diseases of the optic nerve, and toxicity to the macula.
